Cabry Brown – Center Director

I have been devoted to early childhood education my entire adult life. Starting off as a lead toddler teacher, I soon found my love and calling for children. After 3 years, I moved to the lead pre-k teacher. Seeing the children flourish in my class, I soon discovered I wanted to implement my vision throughout the center. While teaching, my vision for a different kind of childcare environment began to crystallize.

I am highly committed to my destiny because I see a need for children to have a healthy environment and positive guidance. During times when many parents are working as hard as they can to provide basic necessities for their families, I want to be there emotionally for children, I want parents and children to be able to feel like our center is their second home. It takes a village to raise a child and I want our center to be their village.

Shakira Lawson – Assistant Director

Greetings all, my name is Shakira. I’ve spent the past 13 years working with children. In my journey through childcare, I have learned that it’s one thing to be able to take care of children,  but something completely different in having the ability to care for children – and care enough to want to provide the best early childhood education for them. My passion is to help children gain a head start in life and become the best versions of themselves. I believe that education has no limitation, so why not teach fundamentals as soon as possible.
